January 23, 2021 – Firm partner Nicholas Carlin was today inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”). Founded in 1958, ABOTA consists of accomplished trial lawyers and judges recognized by their peers. A substantial and prestigious honor, ABOTA membership is by invitation only. A member must have tried at least 10 civil jury trials to verdict as lead counsel. Nick continues to lead the firm’s trial practice.
