Firm concludes multi-million dollar wage and hour settlement

May 20, 2021 – Firm partner Randy Erlewine finished his representation today of a class of hourly workers, obtaining final approval of a $3.1 million settlement of a wage and hour case under California’s Private Attorney General Act against a leading healthcare company.  The action involved claims for missed meal and rest breaks, unpaid overtime, off-the-clock violations, wage statement violations, and failure to reimburse employee expenses. Payment to the class is expected shortly.
