Firm Lawyer Talks NIL on Nationally Syndicated Fox Sports Radio Show
Firm lawyer Mike Levinson appeared on the “Coach B & Eternal Show” to discuss the state of NIL for student athletes. The show, which is the only nationally syndicated radio show that primarily focuses on high school sports, airs on Fox Sports AM1350 in Riverside, California, Fox Sports 98.9FM and 1340AM in Las Vegas, Nevada and Fox Sports 910AM in Phoenix, Arizona. It is also available as a podcast on the iHeartRadio app.
The hosts, Brian “Coach B” Arrington and Eddie “Eternal” Talbert, Jr., asked Mike to explain what NIL is, whether there are national NIL rules and regulations in place as it relates to college and high school student athletes, and the significance of the recent House v. NCAA proposed settlement agreement. With the NIL landscape rapidly changing and new issues regularly propping up, the hosts also asked Mike to make regular appearances on the show. You can listen to the interview here. Earlier this year, Mike appeared on San Francisco television station ABC7 to discuss NIL and the Jaden Rashada case pertaining to alleged unpaid NIL benefits.
