Firm adds to partnership, associate attorney ranks

January 4, 2021 - The firm today announced the ascension of senior associate Brian S. Conlon to partner effective Jan. 1st. Brian, who joined the firm six years ago after serving two years as a staff attorney at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School. Brian’s practice will continue to focus on complex employment, intellectual property, and commercial litigation matters, as well as appeals.  The firm also added Nina C. Pouget to its professional staff.  Nina is a 2020 graduate of the Master of Laws Program at Berkeley Law. Earlier she obtained her law degree magna cum laude from the University of Paris X (Nanterre) – one of France’s top law schools – where she specialized in business and intellectual property law.
