Firm will defend Kris Kristofferson in copyright dispute

October 28, 2021 — Firm lawyers David Given and Robert Carroll filed their appearances today for music and film industry legend Kris Kristofferson in the Los Angeles federal court. Mr. Kristofferson retained the firm to defend him against copyright infringement claims made by a photographer who alleges that the client used a photograph he took of him without permission. The case has been assigned to Federal District Court judge George Wu. Further proceedings in the matter are pending.
